📄 Roosters Strategic Evolution Memo ($ROST)

To the Leadership Team: Azouz, Rami, Simo, & Qadoori

As the Consultant for Identity, Culture, and Operations, I am laying out the unified vision to bridge Roosters Restaurant Chain with the New Digital Economy (Web3). Our goal is to transform the brand from a successful local eatery into a Global Cultural Ecosystem.

1. The Technical Edge: $ROST is More Than a Token

We have minted the $ROST token on the Solana network to serve as our “Financial Engine.” We will move beyond traditional banking limits by utilizing “Isolated Money Markets.” This allows us to decentralize the funding for our innovations and expansions, protecting our core assets while providing instant liquidity for growth.

2. Strategic Pillars (Roles & Responsibilities):

  • Azouz (People & Culture Director):
    • Mission: Activate the “Micro-Board of Directors” through exclusive NFT minting. These NFTs will grant governance powers to key stakeholders and influencers.
    • Goal: Build a corporate culture rooted in “Shared Ownership” and radical transparency.
  • Rami (Marketing & Community Experience Director):
    • Mission: Launch the Digital Loyalty System. Customers will earn $ROST instead of traditional points.
    • Initiatives: Lead the “Roosters Jam” initiative supporting 10 artists, head the “Hungry Rooster” E-sports team, and link our community to the “Small World Equestrian Club.”
  • Simo (Creative Director):
    • Mission: Author the “Roosters Innovation Manifesto.” Transform Roosters’ visual and musical identity into high-value digital assets.
    • Goal: Position Roosters as a “Lifestyle Brand” that speaks the language of global youth and local heritage simultaneously.
  • Qadoori (Culinary Arts Lab Director – Small World Farm):
    • Mission: Turn the Lab into a literal “Sandbox” for innovation.
    • Goal: Develop “Community-Validated Menus.” $ROST holders will vote on your culinary inventions. Those who contribute to the development process will be rewarded through “Retroactive Incentives.”

3. Innovative CSR (Social Responsibility):

We are implementing “Retroactive Impact Funding.” Volunteers and creators serving the Makkah community, the arts, and the equestrian world will be rewarded based on the documented impact they achieve. This ensures that rewards are tied to excellence and real-world results.

4. The Bottom Line:

We are shifting from “feeding people” to “leading a community.” Roosters will scale from Makkah to the world as the first Saudi restaurant model powered by the technologies of the future—where Qadoori’s

flavors meet Simo’s creativity, Rami’s community engagement, and Azouz’s cultural leadership
